This project was born when typhoon YOLANDA hit the Philippines and destroyed the land on its wake. People were scattered, lost and structures like houses and buildings were swept away by the storm. Residents of the land hopeless and needed any form of help.

I thought ‘how can a simple person like me help them’. Lightbulb! Me along with my fellow photographer Bro. Rex Pena, realized we can create a fund raiser, put artist together (photographers, models, HMUAs) to pitch-in make this idea into a reality thus, the ‘PROJECT: YOLANDA – SHOOT FOR A CAUSE + PAUSE FOR A CAUSE’ was born.

The project was a success. Everybody was happy knowing we have done a good thing for our less fortunate countrymen.

All of the money raised on this fund raiser was coursed  thru GMA Kapuso Foundation.
